Within Toxicology, we can demonstrate that we have a first class quality management system, work to the standard necessary to manufacture and supply medical devices plus have the level of competence required to have our two UK based laboratories accredited – all of which are regularly audited by independent certification bodies.
Within Occupational Health, in addition to a first class and accredited quality management system, our Clinical Governance team comprises Senior Clinicians who are responsible for continually improving service provision through benchmarking against national standards and regular audits and training. Our Clinical Governance Framework ensures that robust and practical processes are in place for governance and risk management. We are also audited by independent bodies representing various industries.

ISO 13485:2016 and EN ISO 13485:2016
This standard covers quality management for the design, manufacture and distribution of medical devices. It helps us maintain and improve the quality of our medical devices and related services whilst complying with regulatory requirements.

The standard that covers occupational health and safety management systems. It helps us create the best possible working conditions across our organisation.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (UKAS)
The standard that demonstrates competence to carry out tests using laboratory-developed methods. This applies to our oral fluid, urine and hair testing laboratories.
