Steve Botterill is the Principal Consultant and Founder of the Resourceful People Group Ltd which is an agile HR consultancy with a primary focus to ‘Enable, Support and Protect’ organisations and their teams. Steve works with a variety of organisations across multiple sectors to ensure that the Resourceful People Group adds value through partnering, being creative, and providing independent expertise and additional resources in solving real issues.

With over 25 years of experience in both large global organisations, and private equity firms, he has gained extensive knowledge of how HR can ‘Enable, Support and Protect’ organisations and be cost-effective. He has a particular passion for team and personal coaching, organisational and cultural change programs, HR excellence and developing a truly inclusive workplace.
